    Hi,

That is totally depending upon your organization and your current role in that organization. 5years experience candidates won't consider as a manager and Architect you can better to migrate to Team Lead after you are good in that position then they may give promotion to Asst. Manager after. But Manager level or Architect level we must and should have a minimum 15 + years of experience to get that position.

    Hai Anbu,
It's your choice that in which direction you want to go. If you are interested in the Technical Side, you can go to architect line and if you are good in people management then you can go to the management side.
Also with that you can go for the certifications which will be add-on to your profile and will be benefit in the future.
Hope it will be helpful to you.

    Hi,

My suggestion is try for Technical lead where you will have both people management as well as technical stuff it gives way to further career growth to Project Manager then followed by Senior Project Manager , location manager, account manager, resource manager, delivery manager.

Another option is start your own company. Be it IT / ITES / consultation / training academy any.

Try to attend more interview in different eligible desginations and anlayse your strength and weekness of that designation and which is comfortable and which suits your skills go along with that designation.

All the best for your career!.
