    I want to know which are the certifications for database

    I am working as asp.net developer and use sql as a database so I want to do certification in sql database can any one tell me which are they and how I can apply it.

    I think you need to take the following certification for SQL server

    Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance : Exam 70-432

    There are a large number of database certifications provided by Microsoft's MCTS and MCITP Like
    Oracle's OCA, OCP and OCM or MySql's CMA, CMDEV and CMDBA.Some other courses lists below
    Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA)
    Microsoft Certified Solutions Engineer (MCSE)
    Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM)

    There are many certifications available in SQl Server like:

    1. MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Implementation and Maintenance Paper No:432
    2. MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Database Development
    Paper No:433*
    3. MCTS: SQL Server 2008, Business Intelligence Development and Maintenance Paper No:448

    You can choose any of them as per your knowledge and write the exam.
