    Site of stock market

    I want to open a site of stock market i.e.BSE and NSE. This site will give suggestions and ideas of investment.But no one can predict stock market.What if my suggestion goes wrong ? Will there be any legal action against my site ? What if I write something negative against some company ? Again,will there be any legal action against my site ?
    I can write different atricles as per the priciples of Warren Buffet.But I am scared of legal action.

    Hi.
    Oh yes, if your site promotes something illegal or something which humiliates any public figure's personalitya and if that person takes some legal againt your site, it is quite possible your site may be banned and you may also get into trouble.
