    Hai Farzin,
For getting the job as a fresher in the companies is quite challenging. So in the starting, we need to put extra effort and get in to the company. Once you get in to the company, you can learn the things after getting some experience you can switch to another good company.
So at the start, we should accept and do not think about the company status and the remuneration which we get from the company.
Hope it will be helpful to you.

    Hi Farzin,

For experience persons there is no problem. But for freshers alone they face some problems. My suggestion is dont waste your time first off all you get a job atleast a small company you get some experience then you can switch to other company but you should have minimum experience to change your job..

    Hi,

Yes of-course, Rogue companies deceives an individual. So it does not make any sense to join that company, no matter if you are fresher or experienced professional.

It will be a problem in the later stage of one's career if such type of company doesn't provide you with the experience letters and other employment related documents.

    Hi.
I partially agree with you. It happens many times that if we join a rogue company in the initial start of our career, it becomes difficult to switch to a big organisation because any big company prefer a candidate from a big organisation. In that situation, most of the times, good candidates are under-estimated. But instead of doing nothing and wasting our time, we can join any small organisation not a rogue one and start getting experience there. Over period of time we get to learn so many things and alter on we might good opportunity in a good organisation. So during the initial days of our career we should try to learn as much as possible by joining even a small organisation if we don't have any option in our hand.

    Thanks

    Reena
