used tree view in window application, provided button to add tree view nodes and for add child node also have different button and whenever tree view node added that node inserting in database with serial no's like 1,2,3 and for child node like 1.1,1.2 its adding in database and if i delete 2 node then 3rd node name to be assign as 2nd and likewise its should happen and it should update in database
