A Windows Mobile is a Smart Phone with Windows Operating System developed on Compact Edition (CE).
we can developed it with Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Windows Mobile 6 Professional SDK and ActiveSync for Data Synchronizing between development machine and Windows Mobile
