Retrive the windows mobile application

Hi,

I created the windows mobile applicaion using visual studio 2008 professional edition in Windows XP platform with service pack 2.

Later i format my pc and install the visual studio 2008 professional with service pack 1 and try to open the mobile application i can't see the VB forms and files each form and files in the solution showing the yellow exclamation mark.

But i create the new project save and close and again try to opened newly created project can be open and fine. But why not be previously created
Project open.

whats happen i don't know how i retrive the forms and vb files could any one solve my problem.
