Principal BizTalk Developer needed

Apologies to use this site for these purposes, but I am desperately searching for a Principal BizTalk Developer for a permanent role in Central Cambridge. It's an excellent opportunity for the right person.

I need someone with experience on large scale integration projects, who is comfortable coaching and guiding a team through the development and testing phases.

Can you please provide the answers of the below queries:
1. Requirements in more details- Like
The role he/she will be performed.
Is it only the development or Administration or the combination of both?
For how long the assignment will be?
Is it supporting or maintaining the current application?
2. The remuneration details
3. How about the team size he/she needs to handle over there?
