    Hai Ashik,

As a fresher, i don't think so there is much scope in Biztalk server because Biztalk server is an integration tool which is used to integrate the different applications which are developed using different technologies.
This basically work based on the messaging architecture means the communication of the data between the applications happens through the messages. The message which usually pass the data are xml based i.e we can say the SOAP message. It is a kind of format through which the data can be passed between the application to communicate.
So before start working on the Biztalk server, you should be aware of couple of technologies like XML, XSD, XSLT as well as the Visual Studio (.Net) because the platform on which you are going to develop the Biztalk application is Visual studio.

There are couple of version already release by Microsoft for the Biztalk server like 2003, 2006, 2006R2 then 2009 and now the latest version is 2010.

So once you get the knowledge about the above mentioned technologies, you will be able to work comfortably in Biztalk Server.

Coming to the market and job, its hot in the market now a days but at the same time you should have the experience of other technologies too.
