    Authentication error -please help me

    when i try to access my crm site i am getting the following error.Previously it was working fine.Please help me.

    Authentication Error

    Microsoft CRM could not log you on to the system. Make sure your user record is enabled and that you have been assigned at least one security role. For more information, contact your system administrator

    try this way

    make sure that the login user is a registered CRM user and enable and belong
    at least to 1 role

    otherwise



    go to your active directory, reset the password for one of the users that
    can login to the crm and logon to the crm with the new credentials.
    go to settings-users in the crm and asign security role for your admin user.

    select * from systemuserbase -- this should give you a list of crm registered users

    Hi,
    It looks like your access has been revoked for the database. Make sure that your user id is a registered CRM user and also at least to 1 role is enabled for your user id.
