Its always a good idea to go for the latest technology . The Biz talk server is having a very good market and there are only few professionals are present in comparison to classical .net/

So i would say that you must go for the the Biz talk server.

Biztalk Server is the latest technology in the market and having good scope also. It is better to change to the latest technology and stay updated.

I would advice you to learn BizTalk but not move into BizTalk career.
Hence wait for some time,
when Appfabric projects starts, we need nore .net Skills with bizTalk knowlege.

It is good.But think of learning biztalk server is little bit bored if u make it interesting it will be very good to go.It has high demand in market
