    Duplicate Detection

    Hai,

    I am new to MS Dynamics, I am working with MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 Enterprise Edition. Here I am having a requirement,

    To identity the Duplicate Detection on saving the entity.

    I know that Duplicate Detection feature which is inbuild in MS CRM, but it is not giving me full result. So when googled its getting that we can make some plugin which will help us. But i couldnt find any good steps to write plugin codes and implement that plugin. Or else if any other way is there plz let me know.

    If you want to write any plugins for the CRM platform, you need to make use of CRM SDK, which can be obtained from microsoft through community registration.

    In this SDK, the Microsoft given examples for creating all sort of things which can be integrated with MS CRM
