Hi there,
Are you using single sign-on to connect with SAP B1.Also check if you using optimized queries in your recordsets. As you the data is more recordset might take some time to return the resultset.I can say only as the details you have furnished is not complete in the sense that if your addon is a separate module or customisation to existing screens? Please give more details....
