how to delete one

i had download one antivirus. i installed that but it was for the trail period. after trail period is over i tried to delete that from add/remove prog. it shows me it is remove from yr comp.but it was there in start=>prg=> antivirus name.
so i tried from programs folder again one dll not getting deleted
what is the solun to delete antivirus trial

Start the OS in safe mode and delete the folder.
