Mail using ASP.NET , c#

The following code can be used to send e-mail with attachment , using c# code.

MailMessage message=new MailMessage(); // The mail addresses are read from the form
message.To.Add(new MailAddress(TextBox1.Text));
message.From=new MailAddress(TextBox2.Text));
message.CC.Add(new MailAddress(TextBox3.Text));
