Replacing a string with Null value in SQL Server

If You want to replace a particular data of a column with null value you can use nullif function in sql server.
SELECT Sno, EmpName,NULLIF(Designation,'Developer') FROM Table1
If Designation column contains any data as "Developer" then that will be replaced by NULL.
