How to find the session ID of the current user process in SQL Server

This code sample will returns the session ID of the current user process.

The system function @@SPID can be used to identify the current user process and SYSTEM_USER to identify loged in user and USER to identify the User Name

								

SELECT @@SPID AS 'ID', SYSTEM_USER AS 'Login Name', USER AS 'User Name'
