vb vs vb.net

*.) vb is not fully object oriented it supports only class not inheritance

*.) in vb.net it's fully oops

*.) in vb it can have only one compiler and runtime

*.)in vb.net have msil(microsoft intermediate language) and common language runtime
so this facility gives the feature of multi language support

*.)in vb it have the drawback of dll hell

*.)in vb.net it could have perfectly handle by Assembly it's called managed code

*.)in vb have the intellisense feature but in vb.net it can handle very efficently

*.)in vb if u insert the animated picture in picturebox or imagecontrol it displays
static image in vb.net the animation can take effect

*.)in vb if you add menu u goto menueditor then add ur main menu and sub menu

*.)in vb.net u simply goto mainmenu component then u type
