This function will convert to string to date time using Javascript.

Howto call this method:

Dodatetime('1/1/1900 00:00:00',2,1033)

I did't understand what is happening in Code,
I did gate where is string object and where is DataTime object.
Please make practice to write commented code while posting. so that the readers can understand what is what.
so that it is very difficult to understand the code snippet.
