Use DropBox service to backup and share your files

In this article, I will explain how to use the DropBox service to backup your files and also to share files between multiple computers


 


If you have multiple computers like a work laptop and a home PC, you may have faced this issue: when you want to send a file to some one from office, you may realize it is on your home PC. If you forget to send a file to your boss from work but remember it after you reach home, you won't have the file on your home PC.

DropBox is the solution you are looking for!

DropBox allows you to drop files or folders in to a specific folder in your computer and then access it from any other computer you add to your DropBox network.

DropBox.com offers 3 levels of service:

2GB space: free
Pro 50: 50 GB space: $9.99 per month
Pro 100: 100 GB space: $19.99 per month

DropBox is very convenient to share files between multiple computers and mobile devices.
