How to Create Virtual Machine for Windows 2003 Server?

Since past eight months been working with SharePoint and related technologies, which requires Virtual Machine for the development purpose as its pretty expensive to have windows 2003 as the development bot. So finally decided to make one from scratch. This page contains details on how I was able to create the virtual machine for windows 2003 and some of the solutions to problems I faced.
Pre-requisites:
• Windows 2003 bootable CD.
• Virtual Machine
• Windows operating System.
Problem: I had an ISO image for Windows 2003 and not the actual bootable CD. I found this tool called ISO recorder which brilliantly worked for me to get the windows 2003 bootable (http://isorecorder.alexfeinman.com/Vista.htm).

Creating Virtual Machine: I found this link through which it was quite simple to create the VPC (http://arcanecode.com/2006/09/20/virtual-pc-step-by-step/). There you can also find the video but was able to do with step mentioned.
