The Following two function is used to display the message box on the web page.

//FUNCTION FOR CREATING MESSAGE BOX
string MsgBoxInAsp(String MessageToDisplay)
{
string str1 = "<script language='javascript'>window.alert('" + MessageToDisplay + "')</script>";
return str1;
}

call function like:
ClientScript.RegisterStartupScript(this.GetType(), "ok", MsgBoxInAsp("This message box is display with client script"));

//OTHER WAY TO CREATE MESSAGE BOX
public void MsgBox(String MessageToDisplay)
{
Label lblForMsg = new Label();
lblForMsg.Text = "<script language='javascript'>window.alert('" + MessageToDisplay + "')</script>";
Page.Controls.Add(lblForMsg);
}

call function like:
MsgBox("Hello, this is Simple message box");
