How to go to ASPX page from SSRS passing the Query Parameter in Jump To URL

Go to the properties of the Report in the SSRS, then edit the "Action" property. In that write the following format in "Jump To URL" property :

="http://localhost/BIMS/EDVisits_DrillDown_DB.aspx?Month=" & Fields!MOnthName.Value & "&Year=" & Fields!YearName.Value

Here the Fields!MOnthName.Value and Fields!YearName.Value are the fields of the particular SSRS Report.
