This Utility is basically used for Accessibility Testing.
Using UI Spy, Developers and testers can view and interact with the user interface elements(all the UI elements) of an application.
By testing the application's UI hierarchical structure, property values, and raised events, Developers and QA/Testers can verify that the UI is accessible to assistive technology devices such as screen readers.
This tool is available in %Program Files\Microsoft SDKs%.
