Passing the function on your button ie: place Close button on you popup If you click the Close Button , it will close the popup and refresh the parent page.


function refreshParent() {
  window.opener.location.href = window.opener.location.href;

  if (window.opener.progressWindow)
  
 {
    window.opener.progressWindow.close()
  }
  window.close();
  
}
