ASP.NET MVC 1.0 provides a new Model-View-Controller (MVC) framework on top of the existing ASP.NET 3.5 runtime. This makes it easier to enforce separation between user interface and business logic.

You need Visual Studio 208 and you should read the release notes as there may be additional downloads needed.
