There are three ways by which you can maintain scroll position

On page load
Page.MaintainScrollPositionOnPostBack = true;

In page directives

MaintainScrollPositionOnPostback="true"

you can also set this in the web.configs file under page tag.

maintainScrollPositionOnPostBack="true"
