FROM OPENROWSET('Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0',
'Excel 8.0;Database=d:\test.xls', 'SELECT * FROM [Sheet1$]')

d:\test.xls is your excel file path
Sheet1 is name of your sheet of excel workbook
