Modal Popup is one of the controls of AJAX Control Toolkit. Ajax is a free framewok for building web applications. In ASP.NET 3.5 it is In-Built feature. In addition AJAX offers you the same type of development platform for client-based web pages that asp.net offers for server-based pages.
Modal popup allows a page to display content to the user in a modal manner which prevents the user from interacting with the rest of the page. Drag and Drop the control in to the form. Set the PopControlID property. Set DropShadow property to true. Then apply the stylesheet.
