Validation Controls available in ASP.Net

There are five validations available in ASP.Net

1)RequiredFieldValidator:--In input control ensure that user has enter value,if input control is blank then validate error will show.

2)CompareValidator:--It will compare value between two controls.
(Ex-Enter password and re enter password.)if doesn't match show error.

3)RangeValidator:--Check whether an entered item is between two values.
(Ex-Age between 1980 to 2005)

4)RegularExpressionValidator:--Check whether an entered item matches a specified format.
(Ex-Email format xyz@dgf.com)

5)ValidationSummary:--It will show a general validation error descriptions.
