Difference Between Class and Struct

Class:
Data type - Reference type and stored on the heap
Inheritance - support inheritance
Default value - null
Field Initialization - Permit initialization of instance fields
Constructors - Permit declaration of parameterless constructors
Destructors - supported
Assignment - Assignment copies the reference


Struct:
Data type - Value type and stored on the stack
Inheritance - Do not support inheritance
Default value - value produced by 'zeroing out' the fields of the struct
Field Initialization - Do not permit initialization of instance fields
Constructors - Do not permit declaration of parameterless constructors
Destructors - Not supported
Assignment - Assignment copies the values
