The session contain security concepts and also contain the brief discription of
how the groups can be created, how the users can add into groups and also how to
assign them to perticular role.At the top of the home page we have "welcome luis
Ramirez" like that.Means here luis ramirez is presently owner of the site.If you
click on people and groups on the the left launch bar.Click on test site owner.you will see how many owners are there.If you click on site permissions.In that we have two groups.One is "test site members" and other is "test site owners".If you want to create a new group go to new and click on new group.You can call those test site visitors like by typing "test site group visitors"in the name bar.

And choose the permissions which you want like read permission or any other permission.
Finally click on create button.Then those persons which are called by you are added as a group.

Security is different depends on the permissions given by the owner.Click
on test site visitors.And then click on new tab and click on add users.Enter the user name in user bar and give permissions like selecting test site visitors(read)
on the ADD user to a sharepoint group.If you want welcome email to user you can
select thet option.And finally click on ok.Now that permission is added as user
to this site.

Then if you want to add personas member,
->click on test site members group
->in that click on users
->in that click on new option
->click on add user

Then person can select by browsing from active directory on the user bar.You will get a window, you can look for user by search and click on that person and click on add finally click on ok.Then that person is now available in that user bar.You can give permissions like click on test site members(contribute)and click on ok.Check sending email and finally click on ok.Now that person is added as amember for the
site.If you click on test site owner.You will get Luis Ramirez as owner you can see.
If you click on test site visitors.You can see the visitors of that site.
The permissions avialable to these three persons are different like

If you are login as a owner then:

->all options are available to you
->you can use the site actions tab for site settings tocreate,edit page and site
settings.
->you can give announcements,can add new events and can add new links to this site.

If you are login as a member then:
->you does not have ebility to give announcements,events and links
->if you tried to see owners, you doesn't have permission to see owner and also does
not have permission to see visiters
->you have a permission to see visitors.
->you does not have a permission to go to site actions

If you login as a user:
-> you have only read permissions
-> you does not contain all other permissions
