alter database SET ENABLE_BROKER
GRANT SUBSCRIBE QUERY NOTIFICATIONS TO ex:abc
GRANT CREATE PROCEDURE TO
GRANT CREATE QUEUE TO
GRANT CREATE SERVICE TO
GRANT SUBSCRIBE QUERY NOTIFICATIONS TO
GRANT SELECT ON OBJECT::schema.(ex:Comp11) TO
GRANT RECEIVE ON QueryNotificationErrorsQueue TO
exec sp_helprotect NULL, ''

The following query is to test wether the enable_broker has been set on the database or not..
select is_broker_enabled from sys.databases where name = ''

Note: Different users can be accesing database .. but we can use only one user at a time

to grantpermission for ENABLE_BROKER
