To Quickly access user defined Word templates

1. Open Word and select Tools->Options-> File Location Tab

2. On File Location Tab, select Workgroup templates

3. Click Modify and set the folder to C:\UserDefined Folder
(This is the folder where user has its own templates)

4. Select File-> New and the New document sidebar will appear

5. Select On my computer

6. When you select Templates, it will open Template Dialog with Folder as an additional tab on it, and loads existing docs as template

Hope you will find this useful.
