Getting name of your executing assembly

You can retrieve the assembly name of your executing application:


System.Reflection.Assembly.GetEntryAssembly().GetName().Name


To get the name of current assembly :

System.Reflection.Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly().GetName().Name
