This code will allow you to read an CSV(Comma Seperated File) and display the contents in an Datagrid control.

Private Sub Form1_Load(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles MyBase.Load
Dim strs As String
Dim i As New StreamReader("AnyFile.csv")
While i.ReadLine <> Nothing
strs = i.ReadLine
Dim arr() As String = Split(strs, ",")
DataGridView1.Rows.Add(arr)
End While
End Sub

*Note That the CSV file has to be in an correct format.
Each data has to be written on a new line and with a comma seperating collumns.

example

Anyfile.csv when viewed in Notepad must look like this

Hefin Dsouza,11 June 1988,VB.net
Jason Dsouza,9 June 1986,Java
Neil Dsouza,11 June 1988,ASP.net

NOTE: You alsoneed to add Coloumns to the datagrid depending on the number of column's you are using in your CSV files.
