Code snippets are very helpful while writing code in visual studio.

Press Ctrl+X in any Visual Studio code window to get the code snippet options.

Then you can easily insert code blocks using short keywords. You just have to fillup the blanks. It saves a lot of time and makes it very easy to write code.

key words
----------
prop - creates a property declaration with get and set methods.
propg -creates a property declaration with get method only.
exception - creates full declarations for an exception class.
if - creates an if block
for - creates a for loop
foreach - creates foreach loop
indexer -creates an indexer block with get and set methods
