This simple trick will let you add a Visual Studio Blank Solution any where you want with a right Click New Menu.

1) Download and Extract The Attached Zip File
2) From the Extracted Folder Copy the "Visual Studio Solution.sln" File and paste it in "\Windows\ShellNew\" Folder

3) From the Extracted Folder double click the .reg file and click on yes to enter contents to the registry.

Refresh Windows and your Done Just
Right Click any where go to New and You see "Visual Studio Solution" Clicking on it will create a blank Visual Studio Solution File.
