To Get the Stored Procedures Count:
SELECT count(*) SPCOUNT FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES
WHERE ROUTINE_TYPE='PROCEDURE'
To Get the Functions Count:
SELECT count(*) FUNCTIONCOUNT FROM INFORMATION_SCHEMA.ROUTINES
WHERE ROUTINE_TYPE='FUNCTION'
