OLE Automation Date


An OLE Automation date is a floating-point number. If we give a value in numbers then it will give the Date. FromOADate will be used to get the OLE Aumation date.

Syntax
DateTime.FromOADate(Double) return type is date


MsgBox(DateTime.FromOADate(7)) will return 1/6/1900
MsgBox(DateTime.FromOADate(8)) will return 1/7/1900


Today Date

To get the Current Date and Time of the Local system we can use the

Syntax:

Today() will return today culture Date
Now() will return Today local culture date and time

Example


MsgBox(DateTime.Today())
MsgBox(DateTime.Now())
