Disable Control Panel

This Registry Editor will Disable Control Panel Access to any User.
1.Open Registry Editor.
2.Open Key: KEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies.
3.Search for the string value NoControlPanel.
4.If Does not Found add the String Value under Policies Key.
5.Change the Value to 1 for Disable and 0 to Enable.
