I have created a wallpaper changer for windows Vista. This program was created because there was none that I thought worthy for my wife to use.

It is a small simple program which takes little resources and disk space.

Features:

* Folder Monitoring
* Auto Start
* Recursive folder search
* Change Desktop color to match image color
* Rotate wallpaper every N length of time
* Progress bar displays when next change will take place

I just thought I would share it with you folks!
