You might need to check SQL Management Studio -->SQL Server instance's properties.
check connections in page list and make sure you have checed checkbox 'Allow Remote Connections to This Server'.

This may sort out your problem.
if still persists, please mention exact error code and source, so could be debugged in detail

hi
VIJAYA

MAYBE YOUR SQL SERVER IS NOT LOADED IN THE PROPERWAY
SO
IF POSIBLE RELOAD YOUR SQL SERVER ONCE AGAIN
OR
CHECK ONCE " IIS CONFIGURATION IS EXIST OR NOT ? "

SOMETIMES IIS is not there then SQL SERVER is not loaded
so
plzzz check once IIS is there or not in your system ???
( goto Start-->Settings--> control panel-->add/remove programs then click the add/remove window components ,which is there in leftside of the page)
then automatically one window opend , in that check
IIS (internet information system ) is there or not in the checkbox....
