The following code is used to create a permanent cookie in .net that expires in a day


HTTPCookie ckk=new HTTPCookie("Uname");
ckk["Uname"]=Textbox1.text;
ckk.Expires=DateTime.Now.adddays(1);
response.cookies.add(ckk);

Very nice piece of code on cookies.

Short and simple.

If possible explain what you have done in that code to make it permanent cookie.
