Difference B/W response.redirct() and server.transfer()

If we see logical point of view than both of them do the same task with minor difference.

Response.Redirect() can redirect you to any page of the same site or different site but server.transfer() can not redirect you to any page outside our website.

response.Redirect() takes more time to redirect to a new page as compared to server.transfer()

So if you are going to redirect on a page in the same website then you should always use server.transfer().
