Customer: "I am getting an error message whenever I try using the MS-DOS mode in Windows XP"
Tech Support: "Ok.. what is the problem?"
Customer: "I can't understand , I'm always getting a black screen with an error message saying, 'C:\WINDOWS>'."
Customer: "I want to install Office in my system"
Tech Support : "Sure sir, Which is the OS you need to install?"
Customer: "No.. I need to install in my C:Drive".
