A Namespace can contain classes,enumerations & other namespaces. To use a namespaces in .NET application,use either Import Statement or direct addressing.
The Convention for naming a namespaces is given as:-
1. First Part of the Namespace upto the Rightmost dot is the name of ther Namespace.
2. Last Part of the Namespace name is the type name which can be
classes,enumerations & so on.
To Perform string manipulation and character encoding the user will refer to the System.Text Namespace. All the code present in Dot Net, is in a Namespaces.
