Service-oriented architecture is a style of design, deployment and management of software infrastructure and applications in which • the primary functions of applications are organized into services, • Service interface definitions are computer readable (e.g., for use by development tools), • Quality of service characteristics, such as response time, security and transaction recovery are explicitly identified in the design of the architecture and
