1) Purpose of the table
2) Columns available in the table
3) Which are all the primary keys and unique keys
4) Which are all the foreign keys (i.e) relationships between tables

CREATE TABLE users
( userid int PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED, username varchar(32) NOT NULL,
Login varchar(12) not Null unique)
