The following code sample shows how to get Length of the file and last access time

Dim information As System.IO.FileInfo
information = My.Computer.FileSystem.GetFileInfo("C:\MyLog.log")
MsgBox("Last access time is " & information.LastAccessTime & ".")
MsgBox("The length is " & information.Length & " bytes")
